What’s going on in your customer’s head isn’t clear on the surface. Therefore, you should consider the following questions: What emotions and thoughts does the customer have on a typical day? What motivates him? What triggers positive or negative emotions in him? What does the target customer see? This field is about the visual environment of your target customers. Only if you know what influences your customer can you empathize with them. These questions will help: What does his typical environment look like?
